Guild Perks is a completely new feature, which during a three-week cycle, allows you to unlock effects which can be used to help you in your campaigns. Where the strategy comes in, is that only a limited amount of Perks can be activated per cycle (typically a three-week period), and to do so, your Guild must donate a fair amount of resources to unlock and activate them! Additionally, each Perk has elements of a tradeoff, with both positive and negative effects. Which Perk will you decide on, and how will you strategize to maximize your chosen Perk's effects? We cannot wait for you to both jump in and try, as well as provide your feedback about how we can best improve the feature moving forward!

Guild Perks will go live on Beta on the 17th of November 2021!

This year's update includes a new map, some incredible new reward buildings (The Great Elephant), as well as updates to the way Guild Battlegrounds Leagues are displayed in the Guild Overview! In addition, we have also included some quality of life improvements based on recommendations from our communities. This includes, an improved view of provinces which shows the coordinates of provinces as well as the number of building spots. Moreover, we also have improved our Guild Battleground Logs.

The Wildlife Event is a completely new Event in Forge of Empires, with a new Pop-2 mechanic! Every level has a finite number of moves, and these are consumed with each pop. The goal is to pop 2 or more blocks to free up space and drop rewards. However, that is not all! By matching 5 or more, you can also create Reward Chests. We have found that players updating their Google Chrome browser to version 86 could encounter trouble playing our game, showing itself in being unable to load the game client, or in a slow gaming experience if it is possible to load the game. This, in most cases, is caused by the browser's hardware acceleration feature being disabled for you by the Google Chrome update to version 86. You can re-enable this feature manually, which will allow you to play the game again in most cases.

If the issue still persists, it could also be related to a compatibility problem, most likely caused by outdated drivers for your system, especially your graphics card. In case that's the issue, you need to update your graphic card drivers.

Finally, you can also try playing the game through another browser of your choice (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, which is not Chromium-based), or you are welcome to contact our support team by clicking the green "Contact us about this issue" button through the link below. We will be happy to assist you wherever we can!

The wiki is a constant work-in-progress, just like the game itself, and was designed to guide you through your gaming experience as well as provide detailed information about the game mechanics and stats.

We've also introduced a new GvG map for testing on Beta! The GvG Free-for-All map requires medals instead of goods for participation, and players from any era can participate in it. This questline focuses on Senior Lieutenant Yuri Alexeyevich Gagarin, who on April 12, 1961 became the first human to escape the gravity of earth. In the spaceship Vostok 1, Gagarin orbited earth one time at an altitude of 187.75 miles (302 kilometers) for 108 minutes at 18,000 miles an hour.
